Step 1: Submit Your Inquiry / Request
You can do this by selecting one of the pre-made itineraries listed here on our website make a Booking Inquiry , or you can fill out the Tailor Made Request Form and submit your requirements to one of our experts who will create a custom travel itinerary just for you. Another option to book a trip is to call, email or text us.
Step 2: We Customize Your Quote
Once we receive your inquiry, we will contact you within 24 business hours by both email and phone (unless you have specifically requested a preferred method of communication in your inquiry). During the phone call, we’ll answer any questions you may have and discuss your travel preferences to make sure we are “on the right track” in tailoring your itinerary to suit your needs and interests. We work hard to find the best possible options for your time frame and budget requests.
Step 3: Itinerary Design Changes
When you receive your custom itinerary and quote from us, you have the opportunity to review it and make any changes or upgrades that you would like to make prior to the trip deposit. Our goal is 100% satisfaction and we will work with you until you feel totally assured that your trip is exactly what you want.
When all details meet your approval, we will send you official invoice for the payments.These are also sent to you along with your emailed Quote (also embedded at the end of your tailored itinerary).
Bank Wire Transfer
Once your tour is tentatively confirmed, we will send you our pro – forma invoice for the initial 50% deposit. You can pay using Visa and MasterCard via PayHere .The deposit is required to secure your tour. We will release our vouchers to hotels and other service providers only on confirmation of credit funds to our account.
The balance 50 % is to be paid on your arrival.

PayHere is the only Central Bank approved non-bank Payment Gateway service. Your payments are processed through PCI DSS certified secure bank backends
